1.Slice conventional dewaxing to water.
2,The prepared Weigert iron hematoxylin was dyed for 5 min.
3,Acid ethanol was used to differentiate and wash.
4.Return to blue with Masson blue solution, wash.
5.Wash distilled water for 1 min.
6.Lichun red fuchsin was dyed for 5 ~ 10 min.
7.In the above operation, the weak acid working liquid was prepared according to the ratio of distilled water: weak acid solution = 2:1, and washed with weak acid working liquid for 1 min.
8.The phosphomolybdic acid solution was washed for 1 ~ 2 min.
9.Wash for 1 min with the prepared weak acid working fluid.
10,It was dyed directly into aniline blue dye solution for 1 ~ 2 min.
11.Wash for 1 min with the prepared weak acid working fluid.
12.Rapid dehydration of 12% 95% ethanol.
13.Anhydrous ethanol was dehydrated for 3 times, each time for 5g / 10s.
14.Xylene was transparent for 3 times, one minute and two minutes each time.
15, neutral gum is sealed.
